We carefully select and purchase the most delicious seasonal seafood from all over the country. You can enjoy fresh and floverful ingredients, all at remarkably reasonable prices. We are particular about the quality of our vegetables and prepare them all domestically.
We offer a selection of approximately 25 to 30 types of carefully selected Japanese sake at all times. We rotate the brands seasonally, with a focus on dry junmai sake that complements seafood dishes. Our lineup ranges from refreshingly easy-to-drink options to uniquely distinctive and specialized varieties.
